Calendar Views
|
Select the calendar view by clicking one of the view options (Month, Week, Day or List) listed above the calendar.

Month View
|
|
This view displays a summary of all events in a single
month.
|
|
Week View
|
|
This view displays all of the events in a single week including a description of the event and time.
|
|
Day View
|
|
This view displays
all of the events in a
single day including
a description of the
event and time.

|
List View
|
|
This view lists all previous or up coming events from the
selected date.
|
|
Event View
|
|
Click on an event heading to view details of the event.
This view displays the event time, description and additional
details, such as location and confirmation status.

Viewing Specific Dates
Today
Clicking on the Today link will: [ayoka: today link]
1. Highlight the current date in month and week views or
[ayoka: month day highlighted] [ayoka: week day highlighted]
2. Take you to the current days events in day view.
Navigating Dates
To view events for a past or future date:
1. Use the back or forward arrows on either side of the date displayed at the top of the calendar.

Depending on the calendar view date will move a month, week or day.
2. Use the date selector below the calendar by entering the desired date and clicking on Go.

Time zone
To view events in a specific time zone:
1. Click on the current date and time link below the calendar. calendars.

2. Select the time zone from the list field and submit.

Icons

Download Event Icon - Clicking on this icon hopens a downloadable version of the event for desktop calendars.

Recurring Event Icon - this icon occurs next to items htat are repeating, such as weekly meetings, or week long events.
Click on the event summary to view the details of the
events recurrence.

|
URL Link Icon - When this icon is available clicking on will take you to a web page that has been attached to the event.
