Login - Using Your Account

1. Find a local login link and click on it. 2. Enter your username or PIN in the USERNAME/PIN field. 3. Enter your password in the PASSWORD field. It will appear as asterisks to protect your privacy. 4. Click the Login button.

Forgot Password - Retrieve Your Password
|
1. If you forget your username or password, click on the Forgot your password? link on the Login page. 2. Enter your username in the USERNAME field or your email address into the EMAIL ADDRESS field. 3. Click on the Send button. Your password will be emailed to you.

Update Account
|
1. Find a Change Account page, it will often be on a Login page. a) If you need to change your information, enter a new LOGIN NAME, FULL NAME, or EMAIL in the available fields. Choose the correct TIMEZONE from the list if needed. b) If you want to change your password, enter the new password in each of the NEW PASSWORD fields to confirm it is correct. 2. Enter your existing password in the CURRENT PASSWORD field to verify changes to your information, timezone, or password. Click the Submit Changes button.

*Remember that your username and password are case sensitive. *CIMtools require cookies and JavaScript. Ensure you have both features enabled for CIMtools. *If you use a popup blocker, turn it off on your CIM site in order to see the Forgot Password window and the Content Editing window.
